1. The red cursor can be moved by scrolling the screen around. The actual game cursor to lay down mines can only be moved by walking, or flying a drone.(you build them later). Gps spoofing your phone does work, but is against the rules of play , and can get you baned.

2. I’m talking about the crosshairs, not the mine placement circle.

   I know I can scroll it around using the map. I can also move to a specific latitude/longitude by posting it into a chat message, looking for the map icon next to the message, then tapping on the icon, so the crosshairs move to that point on the map.

   Can I move the crosshairs to specific lat/lon coordinates without using a chat message?

4. Yes there is the new feature, you press at map and save that location.
